We were asked to undertake a loft conversion and house extension in the Hamworthy area of Poole. The project included bringing forward the front elevation of the bungalow to replace the bay windows, building a new rear extension for a modern kitchen diner and dormer windows installed in the new roof to create an upstairs bedroom, en-suite and spacious living room overlooking Lake Pier Beach. 

To strengthen the roof we installed steel beams, new floor joists and rafters before preparing the roof with felt and batten ready for the new tiles to be fitted as soon as the old tiles were removed.
